Readerbear is a language-learning app that helps users understand content in foreign languages.
These terms apply to your use of Readerbear, including the website, browser extension, and related services.
To use Readerbear, you will need to create an account with a valid email address.
You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for any activity that occurs under your account.
Readerbear subscriptions are for personal use only. You may not share, resell, transfer, or provide account access to others without written permission.
Readerbear allows users to import content from websites, ebooks, documents, subtitles, and other sources for personal language-learning purposes.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to access and use any content you import into Readerbear and that your use complies with applicable laws and the rights of any copyright holders.
You retain ownership of any content you import into Readerbear.
To provide Readerbear's features, you grant us a limited right to process, analyze, transform, and display imported content solely as necessary to operate the service.
Readerbear will not sell, publish, redistribute, or publicly display your imported content except where required by law.
Content that is already publicly available may be indexed, linked to, recommended, displayed, or otherwise surfaced within Readerbear's discovery system. Readerbear does not claim ownership of such content and any rights remain with the original copyright holders.

Readerbear offers recurring monthly and yearly subscription plans.
By subscribing, you authorise Readerbear and its payment providers to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis until your subscription is cancelled.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain access until that period expires.
Unless required by law, subscription payments are non-refundable.
